3 How we collect information?

We will only collect information from you either over the phone, in person at the time of their first Pilates session and/or via the health questionnaire completed by the time of the first visit.

You may also subscribe to our mailing list and make a voluntary choice to subscribe - you may unsubscribe at any time.

4 How will we use personal information and who will see it?

Information collected will be used by:

-          Alex Murray at AM Pilates London

-          Our insurers and brokers (as required)

-          Our bank (as required)

-          Third parties we use to help deliver our products to you eg accounting service providers

-          Third parties approved by you eg social media sites you choose to link your account to

Only when and if you agree will you be added to our mailing list in order for us to inform you of special offers and events taking place at AM Pilates London or to provide feedback.

Other personal health information gathered will be used to design personalised Pilates sessions. We will never share this information with any third parties unless there is medical reason to do so and consent has been given.

We may share information with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.  

5 Where will we store your information and how long will it be kept?

AM Pilates London stores your information at our office.  We have appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed unlawfully.  We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

We will keep your personal information while you are a client of ours or we are providing products or services to you.  Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as necessary:
